This is a Great Summer dish, full of energy providing ingredients. It takes only a few seconds to make.
2 Ripe Bananas, Sliced
125g (1 Cup) Raspberries
125g (1 Cup) Blueberries
75g (½ Cup) Raisins
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon
* Always use only ripe Bananas; the ones with a few brown spots on the peel are the best.
1) In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients.
